Have you been searching for a stylish romantic retreat but can't find what you're looking for? Perhaps you're looking for something with a little je ne sais quoi? Your search is over. Woodbridge at Butley Mill is a newly refurbished first floor apartment with commanding views over both Butley mill pond to the rear and water marshes to the front just waiting to welcome a couple who not only appreciate high end interiors, but also historic buildings. Situated within a converted water mill, Woodbridge has been transformed into a stylish self-catering retreat just a short drive away from the much-loved coastal village of Orford. With an open plan concept, the interior beautifully mixes French boutique style painted furniture, with a 21st century twist thanks to retained features and character panelling in the master bedroom.

With plenty of windows, the space is full of light, whilst the front and rear views change year round, thanks to its' waterside setting. Carefully selected furniture from the owners private antique collection make this an interesting and exciting place to be; with surprises around every corner we guarantee you'll be constantly amazed and transfixed by this sympathetic, yet stunning renovation.

The real joy of this space comes in the master bedroom. Pastel greys and pops of pink make this space utterly relaxing. Lie in bed and listen to the river flowing past, or merely admire the beautiful painted furniture all sourced locally from within Suffolk where possible. The en-suite shower room has been totally transformed complete with double basin... no more squabbling over the sink in the mornings!

Whether you're in need of a battery re-charge or merely want to treat your other half, a stay at Woodbridge will certainly not disappoint. Pub: 0.6 miles, Shop: 3.4 miles.
