This homely and instantly welcoming barn conversion is nestled in the heart of the rolling Suffolk countryside, with spectacular views and sunsets to be enjoyed both inside and out! The sound of birds, the postman or clucking hens fills the air as you sit back and re-charge your batteries.
Grove Farm Barn is packed full of character and has been furnished with the holidaymakers in mind. The cosy underfloor heating is a real treat in all seasons; plus you'll also be blown away with the breathtaking living area. A small step up from the kitchen leads into a fantastic room with double height ceilings, garden views and beams galore! To the end of the room is a children's play area with books, DVD's, games and a small snooker table - plenty to keep them entertained come rain or shine. A smaller sitting area is ideal for those wanting to sit separately from the family, or merely catch a cheeky forty winks!
With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, Grove Farm Barn is well catered to suit all party configurations. With only two small steps on the ground floor, Grove Farm Barn is ideally suited for those who struggle with large amount of stairs due to the fantastic ground floor bedroom and shower room. The second bedroom is accessed via a staircase in the living area - you too can feel the king of the castle in this private, mezzanine area.
Outside there is plenty to explore. A lovely un-fenced pond attracts a variety of wildlife, whilst guests of all ages will enjoy watching the chickens go about their daily business. There is space for ball games and relaxing; whatever you desire. And why not bring along your bikes to enjoy the many local cycle paths on the doorstep. Outside: A selection of garden areas to enjoy. A patio area by the shingle driveway is a real suntrap. An archway leads to a large, un-fenced pond with seating, and a second separate lawned area with some small trees and chickens is a great place for a spot of football or sunbathing.

Notes: Wifi, bed linen and towels provided. There is a Z-bed available in the ground floor room, with linen, for an additional child if required - please mention at the time of booking. Grove Farm Barn is situated next door to the owners property and you may see them from time to time. Highchair and travel cot available for guests use however please bring your own linen for cot. The owner provides a generous welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, a homemade cake, fruit juice and half a dozen free range eggs from the resident chickens.
Chediston is a quaint Suffolk village conveniently located for the coastal town of Southwold and the rural town of Halesworth. Criss crossing through the village are a number of public footpaths and bridleways offering almost unlimited walks and adventures. Quiet country lanes take you to the nearby villages of Linstead Parva to the west and Wissett to the North. Wissett of course is famous locally for its excellent wine production and Farm Shop.
